    What can I expect from the application process?

    You’ll hear from us within a few days. If we see a match, expect two interview rounds and possibly a short case. The first one is with our recruiter, just to get to know each other a bit better. For the second one, the manager will join as well to tell you more about the team and the role. Curious to know more? Reach out to our recruiter and ask away!

    What will my onboarding be like?

    Your first weeks are all about exploring the company, your team and your potential. You’ll kick off with a presentation and a pub quiz to get to know the company and your fellow newcomers. Then it’s time for B&S on Tour, where you’ll spend two days discovering our locations and warehouses. You’ll wrap up your onboarding with a supplier visit to see where our products come to life. You will learn a lot for sure, but you’ll also have a lot of fun. Consider it your first adventure at King of Reach.
